I stayed here for three nights whilst working up the road. Each night i had to keep getting my room card re swiped as did the other three crew. I placed an early call which didn't happen. And the walls are extremely thin. This coupled with a leak from upstairs did not make for a good stay. All of the...

The hotel itself is quite good. Rooms are smallish, but clean. The receptionist was helpful, especially with sorting a booking mix up which almost meant my colleague and I had no room for the night. All sorted in the end though. The restaurant has Indian and English food and is first class. The waiters are hovering but not intrusive and...

Put in an 'Executive' room that was a disgrace. Dirty shower and bathroom wall. Broken furniture. Dirty marked walls and filthy stained chairs, as well as yellowing bedding (supposed to be white??). We called the duty manager (who was loveley and did her best to help) she agreed with us. We were showed another two rooms and took an ordinary...

Stayed here with my partner for one night. We had booked two nights but circumstances changed and the second night wasn't required. The hotel staff were not helpful in cancelling the room and basically lied to us. We booked through booking.com and were told we could only cancel if they allowed it. We contacted booking.com who were more than helpful...

This was the worst hotel I've ever been to !!!! Avoid at all costs. No one could speak English and hence I couldn't even order a gin and tonic. All the drinks were warm. The hotel furniture was dated and dirty and the whole hotel smelt of curry. Shocking place !!! And £105 !!!! So angry !! Cheap and awful...

We booked through booking.com and got a great deal. Not sure if I would have paid the full price. All the staff seemed pleasant enough. We had a meal in the restaurant which was ok. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold choices available. Our ground floor room was very warm but we we a little reluctant to leave the...

We paid extra through booking.com for a nicer room. Room wasnt to bad bit shabby in places but over all not to bad for price on a bank holiday. Our room was right on road so due to road noise we was up quiet early. Hotel restaurant is a balti so smells of balti soon as they start cooking. Over...

You first walk in and reception makes you think...this is going to be nice....how wrong I was. Checkin was swift because basically you are not made to feel welcome but more like a distraction to what he was doing. The corridor had two flicking lights and a huge damp patch all down the wall. Inside the room was not much...

We booked this hotel as we were going to stoneleigh for kit car show as we approached it did look very dated and I had read some horrible reviews so I wasn't expecting anything different. But once we had checked in the room was very well equipped. Clean and very pleasant. We went to the restaurant and had a lovely...
