but nothing special, nice twin bed room, with a separate lounge room with big screen tv, refrigerator and a small kitchenette, the bathroom is big enough, but the shower cabin may be could have been bigger for me. There also is a nice terrace in front of the kitchen, so you have space enough to enjoy. Christine and Ted a...

Stayed here with parents in law booking their normal and deluxe rooms accordingly. Plenty of parking in a private area behind the house with lovely host serving a home made breakfast. No issues with either room, hot water etc. and the only complaint and it's a minor one would be a bigger sign as we drove past it the first...

I can highly recommend this B&B as it offers so much more than the average B & B. We stayed in the Rose Suite which had an en suite beautifully appointed showeroom, with complimentary toiletries. Soft towels and towelling robes also provided. The suite also had a living room with small kitchenette with microwave and toaster, kettle etc. Comfortable sofa...

This is a camping review as I can't find a separate place here for that. Bargain of a site! With a tent it's ideal for a couple of nights, no EHU so we couldn't camp there for longer but this will be our new getaway place! Loo is in a shed but lovely! Weirdly. Showers nice-£1 a go. Even after...

Vey pretty, rural setting but close to places of interest and the Cotswolds. Laid back, helpful folk (only met Christine ) large rambling gardens, no pressure or petty rules. Staying in the ground floor twin room with bathroom across a corridor and use of a little lounge with access to the garden which was very useful when trying to get...

A nice b and b in a countryside setting. Very friendly owners especially Ted. Breakfast on morning one was very nice. Morning two good but not as nice. Seemed like food was microwaved. Not a problem but missed out on the bacon cooking smell. Which is always nice. Our room was small but cozy and clean. Quiet and comfortable. Not...

What a wonderful stay myself and my friends had at Brookleys! Rob and Maureen let us drop all of our things off early, as we were heading off to a wedding. The breakfast was first class, rooms were wonderfully comfortable and we all felt very welcomed into your lovely home. Highly recommended!

Paid £50 which is a bit more than I would expect for single occupancy without en suite in this area. Comfortable and clean room. Bathroom was across the passage - when I booked I was not told this. TV did not work - owner said next day it was probably a dodgy aerial connection - it looked like it needed...
