My wife and I stayed for 3 nights while attending the Rugby League Magic Weekend event at St James' Park, Newcastle. Situated close to the A1/A692 junction, the hotel is easily accessible without having to drive through central Newcastle. An older Premier Inn property, the rooms do not have air-conditioning but a fan is provided and it is possible to...

We visit Gateshead about once a year to see family and we always stay here. Never had a bad experience. Really good again this time and special mention must be made to Linda on reception. Thank you for looking after my golf clubs. Look forward to our next stay. The Flaming Grill bar next door is also very good value...

Premier inn is an okay hotel, have stayed there for 2 times now. It's one of the best hotels you can get for that prise. The restaurant on first floor is very good. Rooms are clean and cozy. Internet is super slow (0,5 mbit/s) and frequently requires reconnection (in case if you are not willing to pay extremely high price...

A really lovely stay and the staff were so friendly. Ensured you had everything you needed. We stayed 6 nights due to the arrival of our new grandson & it was a great week with staff always asking about our day when we returned.

Well in need a of a little bit of an update, as had the old 'small' televisions in the room and, shock horror, actual keys to open the door. But apart from that the decor etc seemed to be pretty good and very friendly helpful staff. Great location for exploring the area! Oh and he food was tasty in the pub...

This hotel is way past it's prime. It must be one of the earliest Premier Inns and has a feeling of many thousands having stayed there over the years. We booked it because we needed a hotel with a car park otherwise I doubt we would have chosen it. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the towels...

We have just came back from a wonderful stay at this premier inn. The staff are very friendly and willing to help if you need anything. Tim asked us what rooms we would like. The rooms we had were cleaned to a high standard and the beds were very comfortable. Although the rooms did get very hot at night,, there...

Staff friendly and helpful. The room was very cold to begin with and took a while to warm up. We stayed two nights and I was disappointed that the sink had not been cleaned after our first night, we did ask if this was usual and told yes, I know it is a small thing but as I clean our...
