Stayed here at the weekend with friends for my birthday celebrations!! We booked three twin rooms at the bargain price for £21 each for room only!! The room was very clean and contained all of the essentials required. For example clean bedding, comfortable beds, hairdryer, toiletries, extra power points and tv, if only small. Could not understand why you only...

Paid just £29 for a Wednesday night, was ideal for what we wanted. Cheap, clean, fresh, warm and nice comfy bed... However a lot of building works outside and this hotel is noisy so if you want a relaxing quiet nights sleep, on this busy road and especially at present with building works this isn't for you. But overall would...

Very nice, clean hotel. Ive stayed here once before and thought it was slightly cold so a may night. But this stay was horrible. The room was freezing constantly i asked for a twin room and got a lovely bouncey double bed and for my friend a not so lovely single bed :/

What really made the difference to my stay at PI Quayside was the upbeat staff.. They were really helpful and friendly at all times.. I suppose what I'm describing is your expectation of hospitality but it is more than that.. The employees there seems very genuine and happy to help

stayed here for 1 night. location was excellent, the hotel was spotless and the staff were polite and helpful. I was very impressed with the room. It was a really big room with everything you'd need. Amazing value for money at £35. We also booked the car into the car park for £7 which is good for parking in Newcastle

Was unsure what to expect having read several reviews on here on cleanliness issues but...

The one thing that really struck me was theabsolute dedication of the staff. They were all exceptionally helpful, caring and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is well situated, especially for the Quayside and Baltic Gallery. The room was of a high standard exceptionally clean and good facilities apart from the lighting which was exceptionally...
