Comfortable nights sleep in a cosy, quiet family room. We were attending concert at nearby Arena, so location was very convenient, with a short walk along the waterfront. Pleasant bar/restaurant also overlooking the river. Give yourself plenty of time for cooked breakfast

Stayed for two nights on a stags. Hotel location is very good. it is down a hill but kinda feels like it's away from the madness. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Food wise there is Nice little cafes nearby but food in the restaurant on ground floor was good. Would stay

Great Premier Inn in a great location on the Quayside. Always stay here when in Newcastle, close to all the amenities the city has to offer. Always very helpful staff too. Parking available if you pre-book is handy.

I have stayed in premier inns whenever I have had to travel away from home, This was very dull and standard cleanliness wasn't met, Room I was allocated had old food still on the carpet and hair in the bath tub. I would not recommend this particular premier inn as I found old

Dusty curtains in our room.
This was the dust on the curtain in our room. It wasn't just at the hem, it was all over and thick enough to write in

We jumped in a taxi as it was quite late and we had luggage - only £4. 10min walk if you are travelling light.

The car park is actually under the hotel located in the basement accessed through wrought iron gates which are electrically operated. The market is on the street along the quayside...great market by the way and well worth a browse. Enjoy!

Hi there...we booked the car park when we booked the hotel and that was a good three months before we stayed. I'm sure if you phoned them they'd take your booking well in advance. It is certainly worth the car park fee and booking in advance as there are not many spaces due to it being in the basement of the hotel accessed by electrically operated gates. Have a good stay!
