Stayes here for a meeting at the Sage which is a 10 min walk from the hotel. Room was £34 for the night. Breakfast £6.99. I thought it was good value for money but you did get what you paid for. The bathroom was a bit tired and the shower temperature was a bit haphazard. The TV in the room...

Scalding shower. Very noisy and cold room. Bad design room so getting into and out of bed was difficult. Dirty tissue on floor of room. Scruffy bathroom. Disgusting hotel reception toilets (vomit on floor).

The Premier Inn at the quayside in Newcastle is the perfect place to stay. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity and it's only a 5/10 minute walk from the centre of town. Monument metro station is just up the hill so no need to taxi anywhere. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast...

Good location however the room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. There was only just enough room to get out of the bed was so close to the wall. The room was also too hot and you could not open the window at all for any air.

Good central location and excellent service with no fuss. Easy access to the Gateshead sage conference centre. 15 minute walk away. Will need to ring ahead for an evening meal as kitchen last orders are from 21:45.

Good location but very tired hotel. The carpet was coming away from behind the bed...it had seen better days as had the towels. We had single beds which were small. I would not stay here again which is a shame as the location is so good.

Hi there It's a shame to hear you were disappointed with the decor of the hotel. Although we don't have a refurbishment scheduled for the near future, I've now passed your comments on to the Operations Manager to be taken on board during refurb reviews. I am however pleased to hear you loved the location & hope you'd visit again...

The rooms I had booked were both freezing cold at night, it felt like a window was open even though they were both locked. The heater didn't help either. I was really disappointed. I expected better from Premier Inn.

Hi Jordan, Thank you for taking the time to review our Newcastle Quayside. I am sorry to hear you recently had a disappointing stay due to the temperature in your room. I've passed your comments on to the Operations Manager and they'll work with Maintenance to get the heating resolved right away as we certainly wouldn't want this to continue,...

Nice hotel. Not the best if your disabled and struggle with walking. But it's a lovely hotel. Staff are friendly and breakfast was lovely. Rooms are clean if just a touch cold. Lovely bar overlooking the quayside

Our arrival was not the best we've experienced with Premier Inn. No warm smiles or welcome, just a brusque 'your room isn't ready, we can look after your bags,do you want to have a wander?' Bearing in mind it was cold, wet and windy outside, we decided against a 'wander' and settled ourselves in the restaurant to wait. Our room...
