I realise that this is a cheap "hotel" but it really is the worst dump I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. Upon our arrival there was some vomit heavy sheets left in the corridor by our rooms and after we reported to the hotel staff (once we got him to remove his headphones) our reply was "They...

By far the biggest dump I have ever had to stay in. Avoid at all costs. The staff are non-helpful, rude and ignorant. The toilets and showers are a health hazard. It states no where when booking that a £50 CASH deposit is required. The room stank of fresh paint. Upon check out the staff "lost/mis-placed" our deposit. They then...

This place is basically a hostel. Shared toilets, shared showers etc. The only things you really get are a bed, an old television and a sink, which clearly gets used as a urinal and may not even get cleaned as there was a lovely little black pubic hair waiting for us when we arrived. The room was small and ours...

Great hotel for a cheap weekend away. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Just back from my second time there and will definitely be back! 😆 great location, 10minutes in a taxi to the city centre, the metro station is a 5minute walk away and there's shops just behind the hotel.

Can't fault it on anything rooms were spotless toilets were spotless and the showers staff are very friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Rooms are basic but that's to be expected for the price you pay. Will defo stay here again if I go back to Newcastle in the future.

£60 for a Saturday night is not good value but otherwise £20 a night for a basic bedroom is definitely worth the night. Staff were very polite and the bloke on Saturday daytime very chatty. Would of liked a kettle and few tea bags/coffee/milk. Stopped for great north run and very quiet as only participants allowed(very nice gesture) great night...

Stayed here for one night as I was working in Newcastle the next day. Now I am a realist and wasn't expecting much for £20. The good points: cheap, decent sized car park, good location, friendly and helpful staff, Toby carvery 30 seconds away which do a great breakfast, quiet over night (bear in mind this was a Monday evening...

We've stayed here on and off for over 6 months now and have never had a problem with this hotel's facilities or staff. Sue (the manager) and her team have always went out of their way to make us feel welcome and have taken care of us. Fair comments have been made on here about the TVs being old etc...
