Friendly staff. All you need in one place. Self service check in and check out is problematic and in my experience never goes smoothly. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful and create a good atmosphere

From the minute we arrived we were well looked after. Vicky checked us in and was there when we left as well, super friendly and welcoming! Room was clean and spacious for the two of us. My friend and I were visiting to go out and another lady who worked there was really helpful when booking a taxi and advised...

Excellent hotel. Rooms well decorated and furnished. Fantastic gym. Great food. I always try and stay at a Village Hotel on my travels as they have everything i need, are equipped to a high standard and are good value for money.

Difficult to find when we got off the metro. Modern hotel with a pool. Rooms good standard but pillows uncomfortable, and noisy boiler/immersion in our room. Door handle to bathroom fell off. Restaurant good standard.

Very good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bedsheets clean, but room not so and bathroom had to be cleaned after we'd checked in (hairs in bath and on floor so hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival). Leisure facilities very good and clean.

I personally really like village hotels due to having the option of either the Italian restaurant or the village pub and the Starbucks as...

My stay at the Village was arranged via my employer's travel & accommodation provider. Check in was quick - it's self check in by touching screens and inputting your details. You validate your own room key by putting it onto an electronic pad , and that's it. Staff are available nearby to help if you get stuck, but it felt...
