The room was clean, but quite small. Got woken quite a few times in the night by other guests returning from nights out ( we got back at midnight from our night out). Cooked part of the breakfast was lovely, but the orange juice, bread and pastries were very average.

just a 3 minute walk from the train station, and a really good base for anything around Newcastle area. Breakfast was served to table and the only slight issue was on day 2 there seemed to be nobody around to take the breakfast orders, whereas on day 1 they were in abundance. Rooms very comfy and a complimentary fridge of...

Had a great night in Hotel Indigo. The room was a good size and loved all the toiletries. The car park is very tight and limited spaces so if you are driving a big car parking is difficult. Location was great and loved the Marco Pierre restaurant Breakfast was very very busy and we had to wait about 15 minutes...

We are just on our second day of a two night stay at the Indigo. Rooms are modern and clean and tidy and facilities include a small gym, bar and restaurant. Breakfast was above average and buffet style so you won't go hungry. Staff are all friendly and there are plenty of them around. The location is ideal for anyone...

Good food... but we're being ignored... we've had to ask for service each step of the way..... if we were a table of girls we'd be fine, but we're not... maybe more staff and those who realise in which turn to serve a table....we waited 30 mins from dessert menu being presented to order being taken...

Good location but not great value. The room facilities were similar to those of a Premier Inn, give or take a minibar and some complimentary toiletries. We had the misfortune to book when Newcastle United were playing at home and the hotel car park was full, meaning that we had to park some distance away and carry bags across the...

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback of your recent stay. I am sorry to read that you did not feel the rooms were of value and that the football game meant you were unable to find a parking space. Although there is high demand on such dates we do try our hardest to prioritise guests...

Stayed here one night on a travel zoo voucher. Everything was perfect from arrival to departure. Staff were brilliant, so friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was perfect. The hotel was clean and they thought of everything, free minibar ( no alcohol). Sky tv, free wifi and Aveda products which I love. Free car parking and a bottle...

The hotel is in a good position for all city activities. Was a bit worried it would be full of hen nights/party goers but was pleasantly surprised by the mixture of guests. Only came across one loud group whose language was quite bad and did lower the tone in the bar area. Reception staff were very good and responsive to...

Great location in city; that's the good bit, stayed in room 101, large room but heating was not working. I complained to front desk who said heating doesn't work if you set it at 29 degrees 'you have to start at 23 and work your way up the scale over time'. Tried that. Failed. Second request response was we will...
