Good location just over the road from the station, but it's a noisy hotel (stag & hen parties) with lousy service. They had no record of our payment for 9 rooms so I had to put another £1500 on my credit card until they found the payment record. The shower jumped between burning hot and freezing cold and didn't stay... More

Stayed here for two nights on business. Double room was not the biggest but very clean, tidy and well appointed. Reception staff very efficient as were the staff in the restaurant. Multiple choices at breakfast from a great selection, very enjoyable. Had a room at the rear of the hotel which was quiet, may not be the case at the... More

The ladies at check in were great - I booked the wrong type of room but they changed it straight away . We were on a stag , it's a busy hotel and I would not say it would be a great choice for a young family - but if you want a place close to the action then this... More

I stayed here for 5 nights on a business trip in April in a twin room with a colleague. I thought this hotel was fantastic. All the staff were great, if you say good morning to a cleaner they chat to you and wish you a good day. We had breakfast included which was fantastic every day, with a great... More

The room we had on the fifth floor was of a good size and had a large comfortable bed. Every member of staff was very nice... More
