Started with a friendly greeting after a long drive. Stayed in room 10,clean warm and slept like a baby. Breakfast was spot on. Left with a good luck for my son's university interview from the staff.Champion !! Couldn't find fault with The Jesmond Park.

This hotel should be rated 5 star for the price. Smart, clean room and comfatable bed. Lovely breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff. The bar is well stocked and cheap for the area. Well located for the bars and 15 min walk into Newcastle city centre. Handy for buses or the metro system.

Having booked my husband in countless B&B s for work, this is the first time he has asked me to leave a review. He says "I was lucky enough to find this gem of a place. and cant fault it at all. The staff cant do enough to please, and the breakfasts were superb."

I have now stayed here 3 times in three different rooms all have been clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are helpful and friendly. The owner knows the city and can suggest how to get to places. I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and enjoyed the Geordie hospitality shown by a friendly, helpful staff in my favourite English city. There is good public transport, which takes you into the city centre in 10 minutes, restaurants, supermarkets (Sainsbury, Tesco & Waitrose) and pubs nearby within walking distance. I felt very welcome and would stay here again.

Although difficult to find (arrived in the dark) when I did it was worth it. Pleasant host, excellent breakfast. Although basic it was worth what I paid. A little way out of city centre but good Metro links into the city.

From the point we arrived the staff were friendly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast staff made everything so homely I would highly recommend this as a place to stay, near some bars and restaurants with a big Waitrose close should you forget anything. It is advisable to book a parking space on the booking form as it is permits only...

Warn welcome and good valued accommodation. The rooms are very good for the price, and have most of what you want. We could even leave our car there without having o mess about with meters/restricted paking etc, which was an added bonus, but it is the atmosphere I felt is the attraction. Very convenient for visiting parents of students residing...
