This is a really nicely appointed and quirky hotel in the Jesmond area of Newcastle. Welcoming staff, great rooms and handy parking. There are plently of resturants and bars about in Jesmond about a 10 min walk away. Highly recommended.

We travel to the North East a lot and due to a change in where we could stop needs a hotel that could accomodate 3 dogs that was in a good location for Newcastle and Tynemouth. The Rosebery is definitely not a chain hotel. It is full of character and interest, an expression of the owner's passion for wonderful interiors. My room was also comfy especially the wonderful French bed. I loved doing my breakfast in my room with warm croissants, fresh coffee fruit and cereals. I had a lovely restful morning. Thank you Rosebery.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Newcastle and this hotel was absolutely the icing on the cake! I spent a long time scouring websites looking for somewhere to stay that didn't have the standard bland, beige, corporate appearance of so many hotel chains and when I discovered the Rosebery Hotel I knew my search was over. The beautiful fabrics,...

I stayed a couple of nights for a wedding and had a very comfortable stay - thanks! The olives and wine in the fridge on arrival were a nice touch! Continental breakfast was lovely. I arrived at 2am so was unable to check in properly, however I had plenty of information via email from the hotel about arriving late, so...

We found this treasure whilst looking for dog friendly hotels in Newcastle. Though we didn't take our dog with us on this occasion, this hotel certainly caters for our canine friends. The Rosebery is so different from anywhere else we have ever stayed and we thought it was fabulous. We had a choice of rooms - all decorated differently and...
