We arrived and we're greeted by Jess we went up to the room which was clean and we'll presented. Jess then book us a taxi to the local restaurant where we were eating food. Upon leaving Charlie was at the desk and he made sure that all was well with our stay. Will definitely be staying again

This hotel is a modern hotel with luxury feel, located approximately 3/4 mile from Guilford station. Rooms are spotlessly clean and ideal for the businesses traveller. Breakfast was excellent and of high standard. Although must admit at £130 was surprised that it was not included in the rate. Only negative was the small chair supplied to work at the desk...

We had to change a room as TV was not working. The hotel is new in a good location with nice facilities and good room size. Will stay again. *I Ordered wine glass to my room but they forgot about my order.

In the heart of the beautiful town of Guildford with the nice cobblestone road and good restaurants in and around the numerous ally's. We enjoyed staying here. It is a no nonsense hotel with good service and friendly staff. The lounge/bar/restaurant area is a open plan integrated space and very accessible and comfortable. The Jetty restaurant/bar next door is an...

Why are the harbour hotels such a mixed bag? Christchurch was a curate's egg and this being Easter , Guildford was more flat pancake than Chocolate Egg. On the up side, fabulous meal on the Sunday night sitting at the Long Bar and generally relaxed and witty staff. On the down side , rather fastidious staff at the Spa with...

Dear Noel H, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, I am only sorry that we did not reach your expectation during your visit. Room was nice, as was the reception and bar, and as the hotel wasn't busy we were able to park in the underground car park. The only thing that let us down was the fact that you have to book beforehand and then pay to use the spa at the weekend. As the spa was the main reason we decided...

Visited The Harbour Hotel this week whilst on business in the area. Visiting Guildford will be a regular feature of working life for the future so I need to find a place to rely on. Hotel is central to Guildford and looks interesting, smart but not obvious. Bit tough to find reception and then the car park but not terrible....

We spent an anniversary weekend here and were very disappointed. On arrival the hotel looks great, however there is minimal parking and you are directed to park in a nearby pay and display (which is cheaper than the hotel and reasonably secure). The room was a decent size and well appointed but unusually the window is frosted and locked shut....
