Pleasant caravan site with grass standings, good clean shower and toilet block. Good location for exploring Woodbridge and the surrounding Suffolk coast. Only slight criticism was low amp hook up and in November that can be a bit of a problem also weak to non existent wifi.

Back again with friends staying in the B&B, yet again a perfect stay! Campsite, toilets and showers all perfect. Went in for a super breakfast on Saturday and Sunday served by fantastic boasts. Shame the pub in the village has closed, but there's plenty in the area. We'll be back, but we won't leave it so long next time!!

Booked for 6 nights on the Touring Site which we couldn't fault. Very well maintained and owners went out of their way to ensure we have a brilliant holiday. Not too far from the A12 and therefore, handy for a variety of places. Will definitely be going back again, if only for the lovely countryside and peaceful location.

We stayed here at May bank holiday 2016. It's lovely and quiet, and adults on Y site, but does take dogs. Lovely even pitches, fairly small site, but at £20 per night including the dog and electric I didn't think it was too bad. It's close to Woodbridge so plenty to do. Will definitely stay again.

We spent 4 nights over the recent bank holiday weekend as a late booking and we're pleased with our choice. It's only a short distance from home and an easy visit. The site is perfectly maintained in respect of both the grounds and the facilities. The owners are very accommodating and a charming and welcoming couple. I would recommend a...

Stayed in one of the four B&B rooms for the bank holiday for a family event nearby. Really nice clean well appointed rooms and friendly relaxed environment. Wonderful breakfast presented humorously presented by owner Mike. Will definitely stay again. Nick Barman

This has to be one of the best caravan sites we have ever visited. It was our first trip of the year and when we were half way there I realised we had left the bedding at home! When we arrived I asked Kirsty where the nearest Tesco was and explained why and she immediately said, "We also have a...

We stayed last Saturday night as we were in Woodbridge for a wedding reception. We arrived a little later than expected but were met by the cheery housekeeper (I think she said her name was Kirsty) and showed us to our room to get changed. She found us a business card for a local taxi and gave us a bit...

Stayed here overnight 30/31 August as we were attending a wedding. We booked 3 rooms - the family room, a double and a single. We had travelled from Southampton and arrived in Suffolk very early but after a quick phone call we were able to go to the B&B for 9.00 am. Mr Allen and his housekeeper were so accommodating....
