Really lovely pub. Good price and really nice food! Hand cut chips were yummy! The garden area was really nice to sit in :) Has a little play area for children. First time going and we really enjoyed it. I would recommend to friends and family and would return again :)

A pleasant pub and rooms on the outskirts of Woodbridge, the bedrooms are located in a separate building at the back of the car park, which means that there are no concerns about noise from the pub, or indeed, the road. The building is presumably a former barn of some sort, and we opted for the larger room covering the...

We stayed one night whilst attending a wedding nearby. We arrived around 12noon and the room was already available, which was very helpful to leave things and freshen up. Our room, 'Broadside' was the whole of the upstairs of the barn conversion at the rear of the car park behind the pub. The room was large with a seating area...

We went to Sutton Hoo, and decided to pop in the Cherry Tree for lunch afterwards. The food was very good and the service top notch. We had need of vegetarian meals and this pub had a good choice, much more than you usually find. Thourally recommend

Stayed in broadside room, the upper level of a converted barn at the cherry tree inn. We were there for a wedding at Seckford Hall which is only 2km away and also a 5min walk into Woodbridge itself, a gorgeous little place. The barn was perfect for us and our 4 yr old who slept on a put up bed....

I do like a traditional English country pub with B&B. So I was delighted to find this little place had vacancies. We were invited to my friends 50th birthday party and this was only 10 mins away by taxi. I like Woodbridge anyway, so it was a pleasure to return. The Cheery Tree is only a stones throw from the...

Really good pub on the outskirts of Woodbridge, really great ales, all the types from Adnams including all the newer Jack Brand ones, plus guest ales, when we visited there was Priority UBU, St Austell Spring Fever plus a couple of others. Good selections of lagers and ciders and a decent wine list. Food was good, I had a nice...

We booked the Cherry Tree for my mother in law's 95th birthday lunch for five of us. Having eaten there before, we knew we would have a good meal and we were not disappointed. My husband and I arrived first, and the very helpful lady behind the bar found the perfect table and was thoughtful enough to add a children's...

My boyfriend and I have been here for dinner twice and it was delightful. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. I have also been here with friends on summer evenings for drinks outside. Although the price of drinks is a bit dear, the atmosphere is buzzy and the setting is lovely. Would recommend!
