Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My daughter and I had to find a last minute stay in Newmarket due to a lost booking, Joanne was happy to help... which made our ordeal all the more forgetful, we had such a positive experience and were able to return “home” each night to a clean and comfortable space.
The apartment was beautifully decorated, warm, clean and totally provided the comfort of a home from home, we were able to cook in the evenings which for some may not be the getaway they’re after but with a 2 year old in tow it made for real ease when she was in bed for the evening.

Joanne also offered early check in so we could shower after our long journey and late check out to aid rest before our long journey home.

I can not recommend this property or it’s host enough, forever thankful.

We were going to the racing for my partners birthday and we booked the hideaway apartment. The photos do not do it justice, the apartment is beautiful with lots of features which give it a luxury feel. The gallery bedroom adds a real feeling of luxury and the king sized bed was very comfy.
It was really nice to have the garden area and use of the hot tub.
Joanne the owner was so friendly and her care and attention to detail ensured we had an amazing stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend staying at these apartments.

We just spent a wonderful weekend at the Newmarket Boutique apartments.
As a group of 3 girls, we chose the 2 bedroom option as it had it's own private Hot Tub in the garden and all the facilities you could possibly need for a relaxing couple of days.
On arrival we were All struck by the level of detail in the Apartment, it was lovely, with 2 beautiful large bedrooms an immaculately clean bathroom. A kitchen with everything one could possibly need including a dishwasher, washing machine and large Fridge freezer. A big comfortable sofa in the lounge, and the dining table was set so exquisitely we absolutely had to sit and enjoy a meal around it.
The highlight was the Hot Hub in the secluded little garden, which was already heated and ready to jump into, which we Did !! Many many times over the course of our stay.
Newmarket Town was an easy 20 minute walk away or just a few moments in a car
With a big Waitrose if you need to get any supplies and plenty of coffee shops and pubs.
I will absolutely be returning to the apartment as we all had such a great time in this perfect retreat.

We had booked in for the races (& Tom Jones) and found Newmarket Boutiques as our place to stay. COVID-19 put a stop to the races but we thought we would still go and stay for a much needed break.
The place is ideal for the races and the gallops. It is well positioned, very clean and beautifully laid out with impressive decor. A wine cooler too!
The bedroom was upstairs and it’s not for the bashful as the glass shower door fronts on to the side of the bed. Great power shower though!!
The beautiful garden has a silver feature and it’s there just for you, there is also a shared large garden at the back.
Just a couple of things; a guide to the apartment also with tips for the town would be useful. Local knowledge is a great thing, especially as we got up early on Sunday to watch the gallops but found they don’t gallop on a Sunday! I also spent 45 minutes trying to get the Sky TV box working but it turned out the box and the Sky control was a red herring as the apartment didn’t have Sky TV. It did have a Smart TV option however that took a bit of working out, only to find the internet continually dropping out, despite a reboot, the whole weekend meaning a lot of our viewing was the buffering spinner. As I had no phone signal the dropping internet also meant I had no phone use.
Would I go back? Yes, it would be even better though if the Internet & TV hadn’t caused us continual frustration.

We recently returned from a four night stay in apartment number 9. We were made to feel so welcome, and Joanne and the team went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well presented. We made good use of the pool with our 14 month old daughter Grace, which was a lovely experience as her dad had never swam with her before. The apartments have the most beautiful gardens and we enjoyed sitting in both our private garden and in the communal gardens. It was nice to have that extra outdoor space, particularly with a toddler!

Our family booked a 4 day break here and it was wonderful. The apartment was roomy and comfortable and well equipped. We loved the various seating areas in the garden where we sat each evening with our Champagne. The jacuzzi was amazing and we booked it twice during our stay and the children absolutely loved it. There was parking and any issues we had were dealt with very quickly. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay.

We had a fantastic time in the penthouse apartment for a short stay over half term. Jo was so accommodating and happy to help us with anything we needed. The hot tub is easily accessible and simple to book out. The penthouse felt like we were tucked away and in our own private apartment.
The whole experience was brilliant and we would definitely come back again.

I have stayed here for a number of years and could not ask for a more friendly, idyllic and welcoming place to stay. Joanne and her staff are always friendly and will always have time for a chat. Her gardens are lovingly cared for and are a testament to the time and care that Jo spends on them. The location is tranquil and close to the town and I only wish that I could give this place more stars. Top class!!! Thanks Jo and see you again soon!!!
