My other half and I stayed at Crown Place in August 2013 for a long weekend. The B&B is close to the town centre, which was important to us as we were travelling by train so we didn't have a car with us. We chose the Courtyard room based on reviews about noise levels. It was clean, light and airy....

Really lovely bed and breakfast . Room huge and really comfortable bed. Really convenient location - five minister from town centre. Wendy gave us a very warm welcome . Breakfast was excellent - basically Wendy will provide whatever you want!! Only downside - no parking - you have to be lucky enough to get an on street spot. Parking issue...

Great location, fantastic house. would certainly go again. We stayed in the 'Georgian Room' That has a wonderful view of St Marys church through the window. (Lovely church, worth a visit). Large bathroom with shower and bath and a walk in wardrobe. Really nice breakfast. Highly recommended!

Looking for a B&B to stay in for an overnight stay in Bury St Edmunds to celebrate our friends' wedding we stumbled across Crown Place online. Crown Place is in the centre of Bury, within walking distance of the Abbey Gardens, town centre shops, market, pubs and restaurants. We stayed in the Georgian Room, which was a large room with large bathroom, everything was very clean and would highly recommend staying there. Lovely cooked to order breakfast by Wendy a very pleasant lady.

We have just returned from a lovely weekend in Bury St Edmunds and despite the snow outside, the welcome inside couldn't have been warmer. Lovely rooms, fab breakfast and great location. Thank you Wendy, you really made our anniversary a special one.

My wife and I stayed at Crown Place for weekend get away. The room was beautiful, the breakfast outstanding, the location perfect and Wendy was a lovely host - you couldn't ask for more. Crown Place is the ideal choice when considering accomodation in Bury St Edmunds.

I stayed here for a business trip and was delighted by the experience. I arrived quite late after travelling up from London and Wendy was extremely hospitable and lovely. She has created a warm welcoming place and I would recommend this to anyone. I stayed in the Courtyard Room and it was perfect. Warm, cosy and most of all comfy....
