I stayed here with my family back in October, a return visit to Premier Inn Stoke-On-Trent (Hanley) and was met by the wonderful Conner who was on reception. He recognised us instantly and gave a really warm welcome. The room was great and the housekeeping were really friendly during our stay. A special mention to Lorna who made our stay spectacular - so professional, friendly, on hand and nice. I havn't been able to return to this special Premier Inn since lockdown but I will be back again as soon as I can. Written by Annabell, aged 11.
If you work in hospitality you should care. If you don’t, you should find a new job. Our family was going to stay at the hotel on our way to our self quarentine destination, and had sorted everything with the woman that was booking the room. Well long story short, this dude Liam went and cancelled it on us, causing a massive amount of problems. On top of that he had no interest in helping us out or anything. It is so difficult to travel in these times, and when people don’t care to read up on the rules, or just do ‘t care, that is the worst. It is now when you see what people are made of. Not happy!
When travelling for work I need a hotel that has a good location, comfortable and clean rooms, great shower, good beds and noise free to ensure a great night's sleep and this hotel delivers on all fronts. I was in room 609 in their new build. It has a large shower instead on an over bath type which was a bonus and it is also air conditioned, even better! Easy check in and check out. Will want to stay again
all good and spotless staff very attentive. all covid free with no worries. easy hotel to find. shops within walking distance. we had a very good break. and always go to this hotel. easy access to the motorway
