We stayed 23-25 April and couldn't fault the hotel at all! The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Stayed for 2 nights to be near Alton Towers. Breakfast was also very good and really enjoyable. Would defiantly stay again if in the area many thanks xx

The four of us (two adults, two children) stayed for one night on our way home from going to Alton Towers. The manager was very welcoming. The room was very small for the four of us but the sofa bed was set up and ready for the children to go straight to bed after a long day. The bed was...

We stayed here as a family of four for an overnight stay prior to attending Alton Towers the following morning. The hotel room was on the small side but adequate and clean, the mattress though was very hard. Good plentiful breakfast the following morning was included in the price, staff very friendly and helpful. Overall good hotel to stay in...

Great deal at the Holiday Inn Express. Friendly attentive staff, excellent clean and comfortable room. Great free breakfast and excellent value for money. What else do you need? Plenty of free parking and next to Harvester for good value meals and drink. Next door to Bet 365 stadium and a reasonable walk into Stoke.

Family of 4 stayed for 2 nights. Whilst visiting Alton Towers and WaterWorld. nice hotel, lots of parking, very clean hotel. VERY helpful staff. Room was quite compact as the sofas bed was out but didn't expect a suite! Breakfast was tasty. (Visited Harvester next door. Burgers were tasty but the Harvester was a bit dirty and run down)

Also we knew what to expect for breakfast having stayed in holiday inn express hotels before and although the content was the same...
