Room was spotlessly clean and decorated with no chinse in sight. Good beds, tea/coffee, tv and very nicely appointed ensuite. Great breakfast lots of options. Great b&b highly recommended. After a long day of cycling from Bath to Wells, we were met by the lovely Innkeeper, Liz Evans. She couldn't have been more accommodating. Our bikes were kept in a lovely enclosed yard filled with flowers, plants and tables. Breakfast was delicious - again a great way to start cycling days.

Without a booking we pulled into this B&B by chance after a long day driving across southern England - it was sparkling clean, comfortable, very good breakfast, excellent host. What more can a Kiwi traveller want!

Stayed June 2015. Very good b+b, lovely food, off-road parking, comfortable and well appointed rooms, a great base to explore further. Thanks to Liz the owner who was very accommodating and friendly. Ask to see the travellers map of where people have come from around the world to stay here, fascinating.

Liz is not to be trifled with. Being a meek and mild bloke from the antipodes, I was quickly put in my place by this fearsome woman. I do have to admit to a certain grudging admiration for the way she conned us into thinking she was super obliging by doing our washing, providing a lovely room, and cooking a...
