WE booked here as we were travelling from A to B and this one was handy for weher we needed to be the next morning . The staff were freindly upon arrival and the room was clean and comfortable , we again had our bikes on the back of our car so security was upmost we parked undercover and had...

We had a last minute room, facing the car park, I could hear the noise from outside (road, petrol station) most of the night, also guests coming and leaving. We had a room with a wet room bathroom, which is ok, but there was a very strange smell from the bathroom, it didn't smell very clean. The tv in the...

Be aware the hotel and my room backed on to a 24hrd KFC. The noise of the generators, plus poor windows in my room that let the noise through meant I got very little sleep that evening. The whole reason I stayed was to get a good night prior to an important local meeting the next day!!! Total waste of...

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to learn that the external noise impacted your stay. All Travelodge Hotels include double or triple glazing to try and keep noise heard outside to a minimum. We also work with local communities to try and reduce the local noise that might impact our customers during the night. However,...

We stayed at the Travelodge for 1 night, my boyfriend took me away for the weekend and wanted to stay in Glastonbury, he found some places had sold out and were more expensive so opted for the Travelodge. You know what your getting, clean and comfortable - didn't disappoint, I liked the new bedding and curtains, brings it up to...

Have given an average rating as for every negative there is a positive. Rooms are basic but large, clean and very comfortable bed, Hotel location fairly near Town Centre (10 min walk) but as next to KFC, petrol station 24 hour Tesco and busy road.I doubt any rooms are quiet. We were right next to the road so traffic noise...

Surely the clenaing team must have known there was a bulb out in the bathroom and the fact that the shower head was MISSING is not acceptable at all. Parking is tight, but secure and even though they say they have new comfortable beds, I disagree with that statement.

Stayed here on business. Upgraded package to include wifi which was a complete waste of time. The 3G signal on my phone was better. Kept cutting out and just not worth it. Room lacked any character, old TV that barely worked, two plastic chairs in room. Just very disappointed in this travelodge. I would suggest staying at the premier inn...

We have just returned from a 2 night stay here, we had 3 rooms between 5 of us. Staff were welcoming, Sara was working reception when we arrived, she was very helpful and offered us lots of information about the surrounding area. The hotel its self isn't ideally located as its situated on a petrol station forecourt, but didn't hinder...

The new large beds and furnishings make the room look good, unfortunately I found the mattress to be too hard to enjoy a comfortable nights sleep. The price was good however so it was probably worth it for those of us who don't have too much trouble sleeping.

All staff very helpful efficient and cheerful Only problem ...we were in the front of the hotel opposite a 24hr fuel station and the noise was constant throughout the night. We will request a room at the back next time.
