We needed to be local for an early start the next day and Premier Inn didn't let us down. It was great. We had a room at the back (by chance) and heard no road noise at all. Had a lovely meal at gigi's in Glastonbury too...

Our two night stop began poorly when the receptionist was visibly put out at being asked politely whether we could check in 25 minutes early. The room itself (127) was a good size but lacked sufficient hanging and storage space for anything much longer than a short stop. If you like fresh air as we do you'll be disappointed to...

We spent a quiet couple of nights here. Location is good, and not too far from town (if you take a shortcut round the back past Aldi and through Tesco.) Staff happy and helpful. Room tidy, big telly, but a faint smell which initially I got the blame for, but then I was cleared and we thought it was something to...

Its a brand. you know what to expect and generally you find it. This one was up to the corporate standard, warm welcome but a strong pungent smell in the room. An alternative was quickly offered and less pungent though there were lingerings. The receptionist advised me that they did experience issues over this on a regular basis, as there...

Convenient location.Plenty of on site parking(January). Clean efficient and ordinary but usual reasonable value from Premier Inns. Brewers Fayre Restaurant adjacent where you eat if you include meal deal. Breakfast very good but dinner menu average to poor, would be inclined to find somewhere else if staying more than one night

The staff was very helpful upon checkin, the room was extremely clean, and the location was surprisingly quiet for being so close to the road. Perfect stay for a very inexpensive rate. It was a very easy location for eating in Glastonbury just a mile to the north and shopping the next morning less than a mile south. We were...

The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable ( this is applicable to all Premier Inns I have stayed at), there were large fluffy bath towels available and the staff were polite and friendly. We stayed in a room facing onto the main road and although there is a small amount of noise from passing cars it's not...

A disappointing experience on this occasion. We were told that breakfast would either be a buffet type or cooked to order if the restaurant was not busy which it wasn't. Despite this we were required to use the buffet which consisted of cold/lukewarm food. Very disappointing indeed. Staff were helpful, but we didn't have time to linger and complain or...
