Great location for city centre comfortable rooms - bit of a mix up re: breakfast as the owner said it was continental when this hadn't been made apparent at the time of booking. When I had continental it was limited so guess it wasn't our lucky week!

Lovely accommodation with really friendly and helpful owner. Breakfast was comprehensive and cooked to your requirements. It is in a lovely location away from the city centre but within walking distance. Only recommendation is to make sure you book parking with the owner in advance of your visit.

Accommodation was clean and comfy in a central location. Parking is available which was a God send. Upon a good nights rest, we set out on a 5 minutes walk to the city centre attractions. Our host was absolutely fantastic offering good tips of things to do and was very hospitable. A fantastic weekend away for a bunch of Londoners....

This place made our stay in Bath so special. The owner was lovely, and when I contacted them ahead of time they were more than happy to accommodate my dietary needs. The location was just perfect as well - so close to town while also managing to be nice and quiet.

Nothing is too much trouble. Julie could not do enough for myself and my daughter. The breakfast menu was outstanding for a guest house. My favourite was the salmon and scrambled eggs. Brilliant location and Julie was a fountain of knowledge.

Could not fault the hospitality from Julie and her staff just had four days B&B with her. Nothing was to much trouble for her what ever we asked she would try and oblige us .. I must say the paint work on the stairs was a bit tired ,,But our room was excellent..

Have just returned from a mother and daughter break in Bath. We were made to feel very welcome at Avon house. 10 min walk into the centre of town, great breakfast with lots of options and good sized room. Will definitely stay again if in Bath.

Thank Lisa B
