A friendly and most welcoming greeting by Julie. This extended to the staff each morning when attending for breakfast. Frequently asking if all ok and if can do/get anything. Room was large and comfortable with usual tv, tea & coffee etc. Has limited car parking suffcient for 1 space per room. Great location, easy walking to town centre and attractions....

This is an excellent guest house for visiting Bath. everything is very close and town only about 5 minutes walk away. The welcome was warm and friendly. Julie has a vast knowledge of the area and is happy to share it. The rooms are clean and tidy and roomy and tastefully decorated. The bed was also one of the best...

A short walk into town, this B&B was perfectly located for a transport free weekend in Bath. This is a very traditional style of B&B so if you are looking for modern and trendy, this might not be your thing but you'd be missing out. Julie the hostess was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and Fiona, her young helper...

We had a mid-week stay at this Guest House and it is in a great location not too far away from the main station and from the city centre! So a perfect place to base yourself! Julie is a great host and was ever so accomodating for our dietary requirements and asking if she could pick up something for our...

To me, this is THE place to stay when you are in Bath. Julie alone is spectacular, very friendly, very accommodating and gave very good advice on where to spend the day in Bath. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful and the location of the hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the city centre. Price wise, it's absolutely...

Before we even stepped into the building we were greeted by the very friendly staff. The location is just a short walk to town so very convenient. The guest house itself was very well presented with a very comfortable bed (best night's sleep I've had in a long time!) and the included breakfast was freshly cooked and fantastic quality.

A lovely friendly, family run guest house, ideally located just a very short walk from the city center and all the attractions. The house was spotlessly clean, bedrooms very comfortable with tv, tea making facilities and hairdryer. The breakfasts were beautiful and catered for all your requirements. Would thoroughly recommend this guest house.

We really enjoyed our stay at Avon Guest House. The guest house location is very close to everything central and not far from the station either. The owner Julie is very welcoming and looked after us very well. Good breakfast with veggie options and tasty. All in all great, relaxing and comfy stay.

A lovely guesthouse at a great price- everything I needed for a few days on my own in Bath. The rooms are cosy, spotless with everything you could need at a B&B. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location is great, just a few minutes into town, and is well situated for the longish walk up the hill...
