It's not contemporary or in the City centre but it's clean, quaint and about 20 minutes walk into the centre. There is plenty of parking, free on side road if you don't get a space on the drive. All in all very good value with a lovely host.

From the minute we arrived we felt very welcome. Our room is beautiful, with plenty of room. We have good wifi and lots of room. Breakfast is excellent. We were warmly greeted everyday and were offered lots of help in determining activities and restaurants for dinner. I recommend this location highly. We would stay here again!

This is a very nice place to stay. The room (nr 4) was large with a very comfortable double bed and a single bed. We were greeted in a very friendly manner although we were a bit late ( we phoned ahead to advise a late arrival). Breakfast was really good and the overall level of service/ friendliness was very... Lovely granite house in an easy to find location ( use website for country cut through ) Room good size with equally good sized bathroom. Very clean with decent sized TV. Tea and coffee in room with biscuit . Maps to city detailed- which was useful for quick lovely walk. Yoghurt and blueberries nice touch before good English breakfast. Recommended

My mother and I really felt at home at Marisha's. Maureen was extremely friendly and helpful. We were in Bath to go to the Spa, and it's a 15 minute walk (very pleasant) to the centre of town, or a short drive, or there's a bus stop directly outside.(There is also parking available). The house is really lovely- period but... More

We have just got back from a one night stay. Our room was no 2 on the first floor and came with great views. A light and airy large room with plenty of space with an ensuite. The whole house is very well looked after and extremely clean. The host was the most loveliest lady who told us so much... More

We have stayed in many places in Bath and this was by far the best for us. We came down for Valentine's day which is also our wedding anniversary, and have gone home deciding to definitely book this one again. Maureen our host was so very welcoming and the lady in the kitchen cooked us a lovely breakfast and was... More

I had a wonderful stay. They were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was made to order and very good. It was a do-able walk into town if fit. My bed was comfortable and room clean. I was unable to connect to Internet. Good value. Would recommend.

Had a one night stay here for work and it was fantastic value and spotlesslessly clean. Very friendly and accommodating owner. Nice breakfast, cooked to order. I had a double room ensuite and it had all you could want (including a nice biscuit on the tea tray, which goes a long way with me! Plus a proper tin of ground... More
