What a fantastic weekend we all had thanks to the service from all the staff. The meals were fresh and plenty. The rooms clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back. Many thanks to all. Not to far from shops and pubs.

Having never been to Bath before I booked the Astor House B&B based on reviews I read, the fact that it seemed within walking distance from Bath city centre and the price. The website states that check in is from 4pm but, when I emailed inform them what time I was hoping to arrive, I was told that I could...

Only one thing to say, I think I'd have got better service at Fawlty Towers! In other reviews the manager responds that they will learn and improve but my experience demonstrates that that is simply not true and the same criticisms are being made by others as I would observe. Wouldn't waste my hard earned cash there again.

This is a lovely B&B with about 8 rooms in a large manor house. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. The owner wasn't there when we arrived. Never saw her. The B&B is situated on a quiet street, and has free parking on site. If you don't feel like driving into the town center you should plan on a twenty minute walk...

This is ideal place to stay if you don't want to be in the middle of everything, but about 25 minute walk to centre. Some nice touches to the place everything you would require. Breakfast was good to set you up for the day.

Very nicely furnished and decorated. Pics are fun Room 2 and the view of the guarded from the room window. Comfortable accommodations. Breakfast was very good, plentiful and included made to order choices. 15 minute walk across the Avon River and up a steep hill to Astor. We enjoyed. Very pleasant 3 days here for our visit t Bath.

We had a front room one flight up, cozy and comfortable with a pleasing leafy view. The breakfast was good quality and offered a variety of choices in a beautiful dining room. It was walking distance from the center of town with lovely views and charming old homes en route. Parking was easy.

This was a really great place to stay, great variety in the breakfast menu, really helpful staff. It is a bit of a walk to the town centre, but the views from the bathroom made up for it.We had room for 4people and there were only 3of us so I think it would be tight with an extra person but otherwise a great place...

I found the bed and breakfast to be out of the way. It is located on the opposite side of the river valley from the main area of Bath. Getting to Astor House involves a 10-15 minute walk up a steep hill. Obviously, if you have a car, this is not an issue. For the cost I found the room...

The Astor House was a very nice place to stay in Bath, even without a car. It is out of town, about a 15 minute walk, and very quiet. The room was very comfortable, with a large modern bathroom. We had a nice view over the garden. Breakfasts were generous and tasty; ask for the house-made crumpets! There is a...
