We arrived at 10am so our room was obviously not ready, so we left our bags and went shopping / lunch. When we returned to the hotel our bags had already been placed in our room. Although quite small, the room (Number 8) was very nice, comfortable and very clean. There was a little noise outside late at night, but...

The First thing I have to say is how great all the staff are at this hotel made us all feel so welcome so much so we rebooked for next year before we left! The hotel itself is really well situated for all the sites of bath, it is the other end of town from the train station but it’s...

Once we entered in this hotel... Or the restaurant, really. While we are in the hotel and people were looking at us and we just wondered that how can we check in the hotel.. We cannot find the staff who are responsible for check in our room. Nearly 5 to 10 minutes, we found a staff then give me a...

This is a very small central hotel which doesn't have its own reception desk and is attached to the Loch Fyne restaurant which is below the rooms. The only minus point might be that you have to be reasonably fit especially if you are on the upper floors. (73 steps to rooms 6-9!) There is no lift and the staircase...

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at Milsoms during a romantic weekend in Bath. A friend had recommended it and, as we hadn't stayed in Bath before, we were extremely pleased to have gone with her suggestion! The hotel is located right in the centre of Bath and it takes only a few minutes walk to reach tourist attractions such...

First and foremost, I would like to thank the staff, in particular Elena and Clarissa, for their friendliness and kindness shown to us during our recent 2 night stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them and each and every request was accompanied by a smile. We were in Bath for our daughter's wedding and they certainly enhanced this happy...

My wife and I had a romantic weekend away and found this place. Great location in the centre of Bath, right on one of the main shopping streets. Staff were very friendly and even found us a table in the restaurant at last minute on a busy Saturday night. Will look to book this hotel again when we manage another...

Firstly the rooms are small and in desperate need of some TLC- pretty shabby and based around a steep and winding staircase. Below is my terrible customer service experience but all in all one of the worst hotel's I have stayed in. I have travelled around the world in a whole range of different accommodations and I have never been...

The hotel is part of the Loch Fyne fish restaurant check in/ out is in the bar area of the restaurant which is no problem. We parked in Charlotte street car park,...

This hotel is in a great location, right by several restaurants, bars and shops. Also only a short walk to the Roman baths and other tourist attractions. The hotel is located above a seafood restaurant, and you access it through the restaurant and check in at the bar. The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. After the restaurant closes you...
