Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to cancel a booking for April, I accepted that I needed to pay 15% of the booking cost however was charged the full amount. When I tried to discuss this with them, the manager was initially directing his staff to give me the wrong information in the background, then when he spoke to me...

What can you expect for £20/night? The beds were clean, although the duvets were small and pillows almost non-existent. The showers weren't nearly as bad as posted on other reviews. No frills, but I was able to wash myself in privacy so job done. Bit strange that they were in the basement and disconcerting that they were next to a...

I stayed here for a night only because all other hostels were fully booked. There was nobody on reception and despite ringing the buzzer, I waited for 5 minutes. My dorm was on the top floor and the only shower facilities were in the basement. There was no hot water and the shower cubicles were in need of a good...

I only stayed there one night during boxing day, It was cheap and quite empty. I did not stay much there as i only needed a place to sleep over the night. overall, i am happy with the £12 i spent there compared to the expensive hotels around Bath. I recommend this place for a short stay holidays.

Turned up to a nice welcome which is the only reason I've given this a 1! Walked up to my room to find the window smashed and can't shut so had to sleep fully clothed with jumper on. The heater in the room didn't work and it sounded like a chicken had got stuck in it so turned it off...

I stay there for many time and it's always a good experience for a hostel. It's possible to make some friends have a chat in the living room. The staff are usually nice. Some of them too much rigorous with the hour of checkout.

The location is fantastic. You are quite close to Bath Abbey. But to be frank, the toilets and showers were similar to what you would get in a toilet block at a camp sight. The staff were friendly and everything was pretty straightforward. If all you want is a bed in a good location, this is your place.

Location is terrific, just 5 minutes walk from the train station Department store, supermarket and a lot of restaurants along the street. I stayed at the 4 people dorm, the bed is too soft. The shower room and the toilet is in the basement which is not very convenient. Cleanliness is just ok. But you could store the luggage before...

This was the sixth hostel so far and probably my least favorite. The bed sucked, the pillow was so thin that it felt like I was sleeping without one, and there was one bathroom for the entire floor. I didn't see any showers either. The location is great. It's just down the street from the Roman baths. Luckily, they were...

Staff were very nice and friendly. Rooms are cosy. Showers are clean and warm and toilets were clean. Rooms are labelled pretty funky. I never had chance to check out the lounge. They allowed me to put my bag in early
