Henrietta House is a well located and very comfy and charming hotel with welcoming staff and scrumptious breakfast. We stayed in the third floor roof top apartment which is perfect for families with a separate lounge room and books to enjoy. Great shower and beds.

We chose this hotel as it is centrally placed for all Bath's attractions and also offered parking ( at extra cost, but worth it in this car unfriendly city) The hotel is full of character and the staff friendly and helpful. I chose a small room, but the bed was comfortable, with good toiletries and home made biscuits. We didn't...

We had a great time at Henrietta House. The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. They also welcomed us with a nice hot pot of tea which was wonderful since it was cold outside. Very helpful in regards to recommendations about things to do around town. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed one night at Henrietta House and was so happy with my decision to stay here. On arrival staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, advising on places to see, things to see and great places to eat. I was a solo traveller and felt very safe here. Great location just 5 minutes walk over the Pulteney Bridge (some lovely...

To celebrate our 52nd wedding anniversary and our daughter and son-in-laws 1st wedding anniversary we booked 2 rooms in Henrietta House B&B for 2 nights. This spotless, beautifully appointed regency building is 5 minute walk from the centre of the city; Shopping, the Roman Baths Museum, great restaurants and scenery galore. The staff were very accommodating when we requested ice...

On the reviews from Tripadvisor, we booked an overnight stay with family members in the top floor apartment at Henrietta House. A 3 minute walk into the town centre, fantastically situated. From the moment we arrived, Reception was so friendly, warm and welcoming. Advised us on parking, made us a pot of tea and coffee with biscuits and handled our...

We stayed here at the beginning of December for the Christmas markets. The hosts were so welcoming and gave us tea and homemade biscuits when we are arrived. Our room was large with a big window. The beds were comfortable and the room very cosy. The radiator was able to be turned up/down depending on how warm we wanted it...

This place could not have been friendlier or more welcoming. We had friends meeting us and they were given tea while they waited. The room was large and the breakfast the best of our whole trip. I couldn't recommend it more.

Had a two night stay at the hotel. Had room 7 which has a small balcony overlooking a carpark. It was a small double but comfy bed and a great power shower. Quite nights sleep. Breakfast was very good with attentive staff. The full English was lovely and the selection excellent. The location of the hotel is ideal with it...

This place is clean and very nice. I would have given it 5 stars, but the shower needs a shower basket to hold stuff. LOL Now I am being very picky, stay here. I has a room for a single person. Full size bed. I would stay again.
