Our accommodations and customer service surpassed our expectations! My family loved staying at Henrietta House . Breakfast was perfect and the location was central to everything you wanted to see in Bath. Staff were helpful and friendly.

No air conditioning but it is fairly rare for it to ever get very hot in the UK.
