My husband booked a night for us as a Mother's Day treat but when we arrived we were told we couldn't come in because we'd brought our baby (she's 3 weeks old). We'd booked through booking.com for 2 adults and a baby so hadn't been aware of this. We weren't allowed a refund so we asked to speak to the...

We fully agree with the review title of 'Shocking'. You, Rachael, were very nice but the behaviour of your husband towards our staff was truly shocking. Owning and managing Brindleys is immensely rewarding 99% of the time. This was one of the thankfully rare occasions that can tarnish that view. You booked through Booking.com and had made an error by...

Stayed here March for 3 nights. It is situated a 10 to 15 minute walk from Bath Spa station and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre of Bath. We stayed in 2 different rooms because we originally booked for 2 nights and then decided to stay for 3 nearer the time, bur could not stay in the...

We only stayed for 2 nights and wish we could of stayed longer but Brindleys were fully booked. We stayed in room 2 and we were told it was their smallest room and all other rooms were booked. Well the room was lovely with lots of lovely little touches and plenty big enough with a modern ensuite. Brindleys is clean...

Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food. My wife is vegetarian and the vegetarian breakfast is very good. It's very well located just a...

Stayed here for one night and absolutely loved our stay. Our room was small yet lovely. The bathroom was modern and very clean. Added little touches such as robes and slippers! Comfortable bed and the breakfast was delicious served in a very cute dining room. Fantastic position, short walk to the centre. We would certainly return.

Really gorgeous B&B, loved the decor, spotlessly clean, great breakfast, great location, close to city centre in one direction and canal and hills with amazing views in the other direction. Really relaxing place to stay. Thoroughly recommend!

Stayed here for weekend (attending a Hen Weekend with mother of the bride-to-be. We were more than happy with the immaculate accommodation. Beautifully decorated and furnished, and finished to a high standard. Brilliant location, with a 12 minute walk into the town centre of Bath - but far enough away so as to have peace and quiet. Bath Locks are...

My wife and I stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed all of it. Breakfast was fantastic, room was very quiet and clean - much better than the hotel we stayed at closer to London. Bathroom had been updated beautifully. Easy walking distance to everything and nice to come back to a quiet place after touring around. Hosts/staff were really nice...

We had two nights at Brindleys. It was most enjoyable. The room was lovely with extra touches such as a luxurious duvet and pillows (of the posh variety) Ren toiletries, and slippers and bathrobes. Breakfast was really good with a good choice of food. It's very well located - about six minutes walk from the centre of town. Tom and...

Spent 4 days visiting Bath. Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Room was beautiful and extremely comfortable and immaculately clean as was the en suite shower room. Would certainly stay there again.
