Very overpriced, poor quality accommodation. Lobby smelly. Staff unwilling to take criticism on board. Owners obviously no idea about value for money If you want to pay £100 to have a sleepness night and a poor quality breakfast stay here. When you complain about a room above the nightclub which goes on until 3.00am they tell you it's because 'it's...

We found this very central to everything. Overlooking the park and the bridge. Minutes away from the Cathedral and the shops. Room was up a few flights of stairs and very small. The stairs were a good exercise and the beauty of the trip is to want to experience the old homes which have been converted to B n B....

Nice, charming hotel in Bath, the only problem is the absence of lifts... But the staff members are polite and helpful, the hotel rooms are confortable, and the location is excellent. It's near the major attractions in Bath, and near a public parking lot too, which is helpful since the hotel doesn't offer it.

We arrived to find we had accidently booked the wrong date. Although they had rooms available, they were less than accommodating and tried to make us pay for a room which was more than we had originally paid! No refund or exchange was possible and we were made to feel extremely unwelcome. We had decided by this point that the...

My normal hotels were booked over Christmas so I've stayed twice at the Parade Park. The location is great, easily walkable with luggage from the rail station and in the center of Bath. The staff is very friendly and personable. The room was fine but very basic. Note there is no elevator so if you are upstairs, be ready to...

Many reviews seem to be highly critical of this hotel. I think it delivers exactly what it claims. The Staff are happy and very helpful. Yes the hotel is tired and needs a refurb Also, our room was tiny (But we were told this on booking) It was clean and had a comfy bed. We found it quiet at night...

As stated above we were kept awake by the noisy clientele from the next door club. I have stayed in many B&Bs,hotels, hostels, camp sites and have never had such a bad nights sleep. I have written to the hotel owner and spoken to the management about this issue. I do not feel that they should be advertising rooms which...

We stayed here on 30th and 31st December 2013 with our 10 year old son. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Our family room was two rooms with an open doorway between the two (4F). They were great with us taking our son into the Lambretta Bar which adjoins the hotel and is open to residents and non residents....
