Booked online and arrive late afternoon... Was easy to find but doesn't have anyway out the front to stop so you can check in then park the car. Also no onsite parking so you have to use the 24 hour car park behind the hotel which was £12.50. Walking in it was very old and tired. Lots of stairs to...

There was some hassle with our debit card where the manager dropped the card machine and ended up having around £600 of outstanding auths before we started our stay... This has now been resolved and they were very apologetic. I also left my hair dryer there in which they sent back with a charge of £15 but that's my own...

Very, very tired hotel. Rooms and bathroom both shabby, our room had a nice view out across the river but was on a very noisy road and had a club next door which kicks out the revellers at 3am. Breakfast is basic. The guy on reception's first words to us were "are you able to pay for your room NOW?"....

Arrived early evening in Bath. Found the hotel on the net and called to confirm a place. Upon arrival we were greeted by Ben at the reception desk. I must compliment him for his enthusiasm of the town and the hotel. He was efficient, knowledgeable and informative and anticipating our needs for the next day. Gave us a map with...

We stayed in the parade Park on a visit to Bath, the hotel is based in a beautiful building that oozes with character, the views for the breakfast room are superb over the river, and the location is great for shopping/sightseeing and Spa whilst in Bath. First impressions are good, it was when we got to our room 4f that...

Ours was a last minute booking. I travelled with 2 friends one of whom was seriously ill. I had a small single room on the 3rd floor(67 steps and no lift) and they shared a double. Both with en suite. Their room was roomy and attractive. No noise at all and a window facing inwards away from the road. ....

I stayed in a single budget room with shared facilities. My room was on the 3rd floor however I knew when booking there was no lift but the 3rd floor is a little exhausting to climb up and down. I should have in hindsight booked a room with ensuite facilities because it was hard work sharing the small shower and...

This hotel was a great location from the train station and shops but the hotel itself is very outdated and although my room was quite adequate for a single person it was quite noisy and the radiator "creaked" all night long!

Room was basic but clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lambrettas bar which is in the hotel was full of Bath supporters on match day very friendly bunch. Would have no problems staying there again.

£149 per night B&B, Family room, 2 night booking. Were given room 4B located downstairs which we have nicknamed the servants quarters! The room door opens into a fire escape corridor. The bathroom is to the right (with another door opening somewhere else, we don't know where) and the bedroom is to the left, with no lock on the door....
