This is a very typical British House hotel, The location of the hotel to the centre of Bath is very convenient with walking being the best option for all things as the traffic in Bath is horrific most of the time. The hotel was very well presented and the breakfast the next morning was great and set us up for...

My husband and I stayed at Pulteney House for one night over the Easter Bank holiday. We arrived just after 10am as we wanted to make the most of our day in Bath, the staff were busy cleaning and turning the rooms, but they were more than happy to help us. They showed us where to park, gave us a...

5 🌟. From the moment we arrived we were made at home. Great location. Free parking. Probably the best breakfast options I have ever seen in the UK. All in all can't fault this B&B. We will definitely be back.

A lovely family run B&B, walking distance from the centre of Bath and it comes with car parking! We had a family room and the teenage kids each had a proper bed as oposed to a pull out sofabed! Breakfast was plenty and the family running it very helpful with local hints and tips. We will be back!

Lovely hotel with super breakfast. Was a little worried about the room as it was described as a small ensuite in the basement. However, was pleasantly surprised. The basement area was airy and light (and near the superb breakfast!) with two larger than average single beds. Hosts very friendly, picturesque gardens with plenty of seating and free parking. Would thoroughly...

We had a family room for two nights. The room and the shower room were spacious and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the wifi worked well (nowadays a must for teenagers). The breakfast and service were excellent. A less than 10 minute walk into central Bath.

The owners of Pulteney house are extremely friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to the city centre and the off street parking is a bonus. Breakfast was extremely nice with plenty of options. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Bath.

Pulteney House Hotel is a delightful family owned and run business. The family owners are charming, they really do offer great customer service! PHH decor is traditional & cosy, exceptionally clean and rooms have all modern conveniences. Be prepared for steps up to the property and rooms - if wheelchair access is needed, then you should check this before booking....
