Having run out of options since Bath accommodations only take 2 night reservations, someone recommended Walton's guest house. Rose, the owner, was charming and more than helpful. I had a quiet, single room on the first floor. A full English breakfast is also included. It is a 10 minute walk from the city centre and in front of the Royal... More

Stayed one night here and received a very warm welcome. The room was compact but comfy bed, tv, ensuite shower room. Everything I needed. I was offered a freshly cooked breakfast but opted for tea and toast. All nicely presented. Great location, easy to walk to restaurants and pubs and indeed to the office where I was working. Would be... More

Yes the room we stayed in was small, and the bathroom even smaller but our experience was very lovely. It is a very welcoming B and B with nice breakfast. (I don't understand what the other reviewers want out of breakfast? It's cereal and then a British fry up breakfast. Then if you want something else go into town and... More

Good stay at this bed and breakfast, rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Friendly, helpful owner and a nice breakfast. Well located, easy to walk into central Bath for shops, sights and restaurants

We stayed one night in this guesthouse. The rooms looked as if they haven't been cleaned for a while (especially floor and dust). The owner doesn't really understand what you're saying to him and confuses basic things. The only good thing was a woman who was serving breakfast. She was extremely nice. I would not recommend staying there.

We went to Bath for the Christmas Market and we were due to stay two nights at the Park Royal Guest House but appear to have been let down by the owner. Saying that he organised alternative accommodation at the Waltons Guest House staying with Rose and her Team. It was definitely not second best, we had a lovely room... More

This guesthouse is very conveniently located, within walking distance of the city centre and with a large (very expensive) public car-park at the rear. The bedroom was extremely small, slightly shabby and dated, with noise from the road. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, except a bar of well-used soap and a bottle of shower-gel. However, there was tea... More

Great BnB with everything u could ask for. Rose and staff very welcoming and help full. Great breakfast to start your day.Position was only a few minutes walk to city centre with everything close at hand. Had to park car on long stay away from guest house but that wasn't a problem.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Just as good as any hotel. Toiletries, towels, hair drier, and tea coffee facilities were available. The owners were so accommodating, the room was small but there was a stand in shower, everything a person on their own should need. The breakfasts were amazing and I didn't have wait to be served. The house... More

The B&B is on a very busy lane. You can't park, not even stop in front of the house (a bus driver urged us to ride on). There is a big car park in Charlotte street, where you can park about 150 m from the house, but we learned that only after a lot of trouble (continental car driver, very... More
