Where do i begin.. My now husband and I occupied The Roseate for our Wedding weekend with all of our nearest and dearest. The whole experience from start to finish was utterly flawless, Naomi our main point of contact ensured we had everything we could ever need. She was just so charming, her upbeat nothing-is-too-much-trouble attitude truly made our time there unforgettable. That being said, every other staff member also provided a stunning service. The breakfast was faultless, the atmosphere was perfect, the christmas decor was so classy, we just loved it. Location wise, it couldn't have been more convenient, just a ten minute walk to the Roman Baths. We cannot recommend The Roseate enough for any event big or small, we will absolutely be back for years to come. It will…

Dear Maria, I am delighted that you enjoyed a perfect stay with us at the Villa amd found the bedding so comfortable. Having done a lot of research I found the Savoy duck and feather pillows to be the most comfortable for our guests. We really appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back sometime soon. Best wishes, Caroline

This hotel was excellent and staff customer service was of the highest standard. The afternoon tea and breakfast was very tasty, wonderfully presented and high quality ingredients. The place was very clean, obviously well cared for and the bed extremely comfortable. Just a short walk from all the delights the centre of bath has to offer. Already booked to visit again. Thank you.

This is the third time my friend and I have been to Bath and The Roseate. We normally stay in The Hide which was a lovely suite with bedroom separate lounge and bathroom in the basement. We booked this for 2023 Bath Xmas Market early in year - a couple of weeks prior to our stay we were told that this was having maintenance work carried out and we were offered a double room which was one of their superior rooms at the same price? We were disappointed but at this late stage would have not been able to find another hotel so accepted. I am an early riser and my friend not so, so this room was not so good as I had to creep around in the dark so as not to wake her. The room was right at the top of the hotel with many flights of stairs - although there was a lovely member of staff who…

Dear Sharon, thank you for posting such a balanced review following your recent return stay with us. I am so very sorry that you were unable to be allcoated the Hideaway suite as initially planned, unfortunately due to a maintenance issue out of our control we have had to take this suite out of sale for the whole period of December. On a positive note, we are planning a total refurbishment of this suite in early 2024 so it will be looking absolutely stuning for your next visit. Thank you for relaying all of the positive elements of your stay and if i could request for you to request to speak to me when making your next booking so I can take care of your booking personally. Yet another perfect and amazing stay at the beautiful Roseate Villa in Bath. Everything about this place is relaxing, inviting, warm and special. The wonderful reception and bar staff are super attentive, always so happy and willing to help with anything in order to make your stay perfect. The breakfast, what can I say, expertly cooked, very tasty and plentiful. Location is just perfect with a very short stroll into the centre. We'd never stay anywhere else in Bath and would highly recommend.

A truly wonderful stay. It’s the staff that make The Roseate exceptional. From the greeting by Isobel, the warm manageress and the lovely night manageress with Oscar, everyone without exception were fantastic. Lots of attention to detail such as coffee and croissants on arrival to a sausage for our dog after breakfast. Yes this hotel is properly dog friendly. I can’t remember a hotel that I’ve felt so welcome. You must stay here on your visit to Bath. Thank you all for such an enjoyable stay. We loved it.
