Clean, very comfortable hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Quiet location with easy access to city centre. The breakfast was excellent with many choices, and as a bonus a glass of Buck's Fizz. All in all the Villa Magdala made our trip to Bath memorable and we would not hesitate to recommend

The hotel is a lovely old building which has been very nicely renovated. We received a very friendly greeting on arrival and were offered tea and cake. Our room was clean and modern. The breakfasts were truly amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Well worth the price.

We stayed here for just few days, a very quick relaxing break from London. It was the first time for us in Bath and the staying at this boutique hotel contributed to make it a really nice weekend away! Bath is a very small, nice and clean place to visit, just approx. 2 and half hours away from London by...

This is an ideally located guest house. We were met with a lovely welcome from Caroline the manger and offered coffee and cake, a lovely touch. The furnishing was beautiful and the location perfect opposite a beautiful park but just around the corner from the centre. I have to mention Will as being a shortbread expert from Scotland, I have...

When we entered the lobby, there was a lady (we assumed she is housekeeping) at the counter looking at us without greeting (not even say hi) or smile, just purely starred at us, after we told her we were there for check-in, she prepare a room key for us. Our room is at 3rd floor (without lift), so she arranged...

I am genuinely very sorry that you found your stay to be a disappointing one. I was saddened to read that you did not receive any welcome when you arrived, an area that we usually pride ourselves on. Due to the nature of the business we are a relatively small team and do not have a designated porter, however, we...

Just returned from a wonderful weekend in Bath. I chose this hotel based on reviews and price. Both are excellent. Hotel is within 10 minutes walk of the main attractions and the price all in for 2 nights in a standard room was very reasonable for the city centre. Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to please. Breakfast was...

This beautiful B&B has a great location - situated in a quiet residential area next to a small park, but within walking distance of the city centre.
