Stayed here for a romantic weekend. From the moment we arrived we knew this place was special. The welcome we received was outstanding, the service throughout our stay was second to none. The room we stayed in was well decorated, extremely spacious, very clean and felt very luxurious. location is perfect, a few minutes walk into town. We cannot recommend...

We stayed for two nights with friends while visiting Bath. The location was a short walking distance to city centre. (5 minutes on foot) All staff were really friendly and helpful. There was everything you could want in the room. The breakfasts were amazing. It's a shame our bathroom was tired and needed a bit of tlc because everything else...

There are many things that make this hotel one of the best in town. Firstly location, close enough to the attractions yet set down a quiet leafy lane with the added benefit of parking. Secondly - the service is fabulous - 5 star all round. From the minute you arrive you are treated like a personal guest. Tea and coffee...

I loved my stay in this hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel itself are charming. The location is ideal, in my opinion. A short walk to town but peaceful in a more residential setting. The only challenge is a very small bathroom (in the room type I selected which was the smallest) but it...

It was like a cosy large B&B but with great service (reception is staffed from 7am-11pm) and great interiors, especially liked the way the stairs are designed at different heights. Rooms were sound-proofed really well - even though the property was almost full to capacity, it was absolutely calm and quiet, and there is a nice park right opposite as...

This is a delightful hotel with a true understanding of personal service. Based right in the heart of the city, all of the sights were within a short walk. Our family suite was splendid and provided a lovely space to relax. The team provided home baked cakes on arrival and ensured we had enough information about access for the Bath...

We were met on arrival with the offer of afternoon tea over which we checked in, this hotel was very relaxed and welcoming from start to finish. After being offered refreshments and asked about our journey, we were shown to our delightful room; tastefully decorated and with tea making facilities we instantly felt at home. The bed linen is fresh...

We both love Bath and stayed here to break our journey home from the West Country. Upon arrival we were greeted by Caroline who offered us tea, coffee, fresh cake, suggestions for dinner at their sister hotel, and Checked we knew where we were going. Really helpful . The hotel is a period building and you can see so many original...

Everything was perfect....best B&B I have been in Bath, although I would say that it feels more like a small boutique hotel. Heavenly bed, fluffy towels, super helpful staff, very nice English breakfast. Easy and nice 10 minute walk to center of Bath. had two rooms, both facing the street and they were both very quiet.

“Park view recommended.”

“We stayed in the Hideaway Suite which is actually the converted basement but don't be put off as the rooms were spacious and warm. The rooms compromised a large double bedroom with flat screen TV, small fridge for drinks, complimentary tea/coffee and ample storage space. There was also a separate lounge large enough to accommodate two sofa beds, a desk and two armchairs together with a large flat screen Freeview TV. There was a small room adjacent to the bathroom containing a large wardrobe. The bathroom was also bigger than most with a bath and shower - all modern fixtures. even though you are in the basement there are six small windows to let in fresh air and more than sufficient lighting to realise you are not down stairs.”
