From our car door being opened for us as we pulled in, I knew this was going to be a special visit. The hotel was lovely and the staff very accommodating throughout our visit - we were also fortunate enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival and stayed in the spacious Bluebell suite. The true highlight however was...

Incredible place, so beautiful whilst being relaxed and welcoming. I stayed here with my new husband for our wedding night and they made us feel so very special - there is nothing they could have done more to pamper us. We will definitely be coming back for anniversaries to come!

My partner and I went to the Bath Priory for their New Year package. This included a free spa treatment (so relaxing), a New Year's Eve champagne gala dinner with live music, DJ and fireworks (very entertaining), a guided walk around the city (very interesting) and a wine tasting class (very informative). Two dinners in the Michelin starred restaurant were...

It was just as I remembered.Smart sitting rooms. The bedroom was standard overlooking the entrance. Our room was quite nice if a little dated. But spotlessly clean. The bathroom was also immaculate. Very nice bathroom products. We had a problem with the room above as the ceiling kept creaking.Maybe it was a staff room. Also we arrived back at 3.30 to find that the room had...

We stayed here on A Taste of Bath break and it was faultless. Spacious room with beautiful en-suite with shower and bath. L'occitane products, bathrobes and slippers, bottled water, plenty of teas/coffees etc + lovely biscuits. They even left a card and gift for my hubbie as it was his 60th birthday. Cream tea was delicious and beautifully laid out....

We have been dining here on special occasions for 10 years and always enjoyed it until our visit just before christmas. Unmemorable food and slow service contributed. The final straw was being ejected from the front lounge after dinner...it was aparently reserved for a large party. All in all terrible value at £268. We are not planning a return visit

Dear andrew t, Thank you for the feedback following your visit before Christmas. A lovely place to stay for a 3 night break, just the right size of Hotel, friendly and attentive staff. Rooms facing the gardens are a must, quiet with a good view. Gardens are beautiful and looked great in the winter, large terrace facing the south /west so would be perfect in the spring and summer months. Food very nice...

An excellent and enjoyable overnight stay with a great breakfast. Friendly service and everything done nicely. A very good quality hotel located just outside the centre of Bath. All in all a fine place to stay whether on business or pleasure.

We were delighted to be welcomed back by Hallam on the front desk. The car was sorted and our expectation for the garden view room was fulfilled - beautifully warm and furnished. It's precisely 33 minutes walk to the top of Milsom Street shops via the park- don't be tempted to take the car. The standard 3 course dinner was...

we chose this hotel because of the location and Michelin star restuarant. We tried the tasting menu and wine matching.
