Stayed for one night while visiting the Christmas Market. The hotel is beautiful. The location allows for excellent views. The room was clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast served was ok. We had to wait for our coffee for a long time and there seemed not to be many staff around to get their attention. We ate in the bar in the...

We found this hotel by chance. Arriving early for an appointment at the Bath Clinic we decided to have lunch. Across the road is the entrance to the Coombe Grove Hotel.a boutique hotel down a long drive. A small restaurant with an interesting lunch menu at reasonable prices. We chose the beef burger with cheese. Excellent presentation and a very...

Combe Grove is a great find. The rooms in the main house are just extraordinary and the view from ours across the Monkton Combe valley was a delight. We love the rotating modern art collection and the Chihuly or Chihuly-esqe chandeliers. The food is first rate, both in the bar and the dining room and we recommend the tasting menu....

A mixed bag. The positives were a very comfortable room in the garden block and generally very good food. However we were not advised on booking about the number of steps up to our room. The outside steps to the garden block are poorly lit and a bulb that had gone was not replaced during our stay. Also there needs...

Minute I drove under the quaint arch of the hotel I knew I had chosen the right place for a relaxing break! Characteristic building with lovely views, nice room and attentive service throughout. Best facial in spa.

Found some of staff rude and more helpful to people who they thought We're wealthier , hotel was not worth the money! And was a lot further away from bath than stated on hotels.com and found the hotel poorly laid out was just glad it was not raining

Enjoyed our stay close enough to Bath town centre to enjoy the sights- relaxing getaway. The only thing to consider was the outside steps to our room were many and would be a problem for some people. The rooms were colourful and spacious.

Lovely old hotel with a great bar and the location overlooking a valley is absolutely stunning. Staff were very friendly and so helpful. Situated high above the city you get a great view of it as you descend in to it. Plenty of parking too

We had a really lovely time at Combe Grove Manor, our room was nice and large and had beautiful views across the estate. We dined in the restaurant on the first night and at the bar the second night (highly recommended). We enjoyed the bar food the most as we tend to prefer grub over fine dining, but that's not...
