Friendly and welcoming. Our room was old fashioned, but in keeping with the decor and us. Nevertheless, we could have sat in the lounge had we wished, instead we chose to watch one of the many DVDs in...

Included in the price were two lunches at their sister hotel, the Royal, opposite Bath Station, one afternoon tea, a bottle of champagne and bed and breakfast at the Lodge. The room on our first night was very small and...

Having just returned from a two night stay here, I would highly recommend it. The building is beautiful with fantastic original features, it's great to see a building of this age having not been modernised to within an inch of its life! Yes, the basin is in a cupboard and not the bathroom but does this matter?! If that's all...

Bailbrook Lodge is a wonderful B&B. Very friendly and informal. My niece and I stayed there for 2 nights. Only a small bar area but there was no objection to our taking drinks up to our room. Breakfast was wonderful and the waitress (I am really sorry I did not ask her name) was very helpful and went out of...
