What a great place, just minutes walk from the town centre. We like a lot of people came for the market and were blown away by the service here. The lady on reception whilst a little over powering couldn't do enough to help. Lovely and comfortable lounge area, with log fire and mince pies / mulled wine made it an...

Booked a one night stay at Brooks so we could visit the Bath Christmas Market for the first time and it did not disappoint. All the staff were very friendly and efficient, the hotel was very clean and well looked after, the room was lovely (very big, comfortable bed, a mix of old and new which worked) and a very...

This was our second visit and if anything, better than the first. Customer service is excellent - Veronica is very helpful and looks after you very well indeed. The rooms are well decorated and have nice touches like home-baked biscuits. There is an honesty bar and a guest fridge - very welcome amenities. The breakfast is cooked superbly - compliments...

Lovely welcome, parking with permit outside on wide, safe road. Room upgrade due to booking direct, very comfortable king size room, with nice furnishings. Lounge with open lit fire was great on a frosty winter night after markets together with an honesty bar - both very welcome! Breakfast was superb, excellent varied choices, great local quality foods. Will be back!

Stopped here on way back from Devon. The staff's customer service was variable, mainly good. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated with nice en-suite. Parking is tricky in this city but we managed to luckily bag a place nearby, visitor's permit needed. Comfortable stay.

My boyfriend came for a one night stay to visit the Bath Christmas Market. All the staff were very nice and the whole hotel was very nicely decorated. The living space was so cosy and pretty with the open fire and Christmas tree! Our room was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. We had a brilliant nights sleep. Breakfast was...

I had stayed in the Brookes Guesthouse in Bristol and it had been a good experience and also great value. I was disappointed in the Bath property though. The first room I saw was possibly the most depressing room (19) I've seen in a hotel. Dull brown walls and carpet with steeply sloping ceilings - but the very helpful receptionist...

Perfect location. We could just walk 10 minutes into town. The hotel is well decorated and has a nice relaxed feel. The little extras such as the little home made biscuits in the room, mince pies and mulled wine in the living room, open fire make the place feel very homely and welcoming. Our room was great. We had breakfast...

The room was lovely. Very generous supply of coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the room. The hair dryer was a nice extra too.B breakfast in the morning is a must, try not to miss it! There is the most amazing waiter that brightens up the breakfast room and it's all you can eat of some amazingly lovely foods. Every...
