The Queensbury may not have a swimming pool or marble lobbies but this is my favourite hotel in the world, it is just so relaxing and cosy, as one other reviewer has said it feels like home. The staff are super friendly and service is quiet and efficient. There are plenty of places to sit and have tea (complimentary tea...

My visits at the Queensberry never disappoint... I always find friendly and helpful staff, always ready to share some information about Bath and answer my questions, a marshmallow bed to provide me with the deepest night sleep and a beautiful and comfortable room. As a returning guest, I was surprised with a lovely box of chocolates which I enjoyed in...

If you are visiting Bath and want to feel like home, this is where you get that atmosphere. The staff is really friendly and helpful and all the rooms are cosy and homely. There is also a little oasis in the backyard. A perfect place for a cold glass of white wine. I will not tell you which is my...

Great hotel & we were upgraded which is always a joy! Excellent location far enough away from the noise of Queen's Square but very easily walkable to all the sights and locations of central Bath. Booking directly with the hotel was incredibly easy and they arranged a guide to meet us as well as restaurant bookings that matched exactly our...

Staff are, without exception, extremely friendly, helpful and polite. All with a refreshing sense of humour too. Whilst we did not need to utilise the service, I couldn't help but notice that the staff spoke several European languages to a very high standard. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed and clean. When you arrive, you are welcomed with a bottle of...

I was in Bath on business and had the opportunity to stay at the Queensberry Hotel. It is a lovely place with extremely helpful staff. If you've ever been to Bath you know how difficult it is to find a parking space and the hotel offers a service to park it for you at very reasonable rates. The Olive tree...

The Queensberry is in a Good location near the centre, has a good relaxed feel, staff are friendly and efficient, car gets parked for you (£12.50 a day) rooms are pretty good, just a little tired in places. Also really got warm somehow even though we turned heating off. Anyway I would recommend it, it reasonable value too

My husband and I stayed here for several nights on the recommendation of my aunt and uncle, who often bring tour groups here. The orientation is a bit of a labyrinth, but once I figured out how to get to our room I was set. It's my fault from lack of research, but I was not prepared for the lack...

The Queensberry is a lovely, quirky hotel in the middle of Bath. Service is attentive, the rooms are lush with excellent beds and generous bathrooms. On previous stays we have eaten at the Olive Tree restaurant but we probably won't be doing that again because the last time we ate there the food was patchy in places (for £28 you...

Do book directly with this independent hotel, to get some extra little perks. We have just stayed for one night and can't recommend it enough. Quirky, tasteful, attentive - but no pressure, centrally located, Away for two days, but thanks to the staff feel like it's been a week. Wonderful!
