My friend and I have been coming to Bath every year for the last 24 years. We have stayed at a few bed and breakfast hotels over the years but none of them have been as good and friendly as Abbey Green. This was our first year here and straight away booked for next year. We stayed in Lady Hamilton...

My girlfriend and I are retired teachers. I left my family home and she and I explored some of the best places in the Uk for 12days. Our stay in Bath was at Bathwick View Apts. Very clean, comfortable, modern with everything you could ask for.the view from our apt was picture postcard.Out of the livingroom window was a church and...

Three Abbey Green is located right in the heart of Bath -- steps (literally) away from the Abbey and the Roman Baths -- but close to so much more -- restaurants and shopping. We stayed in the Asher Suite (our adult daughter was with us). Despite the convenience of the location, the room was quiet at night and very spacious....

We went to the UK to celebrate our recent 60th birthdays -- two old friends who left behind spouses and assorted family members -- and had a fabulous time. Three Abbey Green was a big part of it. Our three nights there gave us not only a beautifully appointed room and very modern bathroom, but the perfect location to see...

Three Abbey was our first experience at a B&B in the UK. It was great. Sue was very helpful when we decided to not pick up a rental car when we planned. The breakfast was very tasty and the portions were more than enough. The king sized bed was very comfortable and although the B&B was very close to the...

It's really hard for me to imagine a more ideal to stay in Bath than Three Abbey Green. My wife and I spent three nights in the Lilliput Court room and loved its central location -- easy walking distance from the train/bus stations, only steps from Bath Abbey and Bath Spa, and surrounded by restaurants, shopping and fascinating sights. The...

My wife and I only spent 1 night here and were in, I believe, the smallest room; but we were very pleased nonetheless. Perfect location right on top of where most tourists will want to be, but still secluded and quiet. Warm and helpful staff, thoughtful small amenities and a very nice breakfast spread topped everything off nicely. Our room...

As an Australian travelling on my own and eager to explore Bath, I settled in The Plane Tree Room on the second floor. The steps up and down made me feel better about about eating the generous breakfasts served in the breakfast room in the basement.I could not have found a better place to stay. Three Abbey Green , as...

My sister and I spent two days in Bath at Three Abbey Green and we could not have been more happy and contented with our choice. The rooms were absolutely lovely, the breakfasts were huge and really good. Nici and Alan did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The Abbey, the Roman Baths were literally steps from our door...

We spent 3 nights at Three Abbey Green and although our room was extremely small we found it to be clean with a nice bathroom. The hosts were so pleasant and friendly which made our stay quite delightful. It is a great location on a cute little cul-de-sac setting...you can walk everywhere. Wonderful breakfast which were always served hot...great place...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Three Abbey Green is a Four Star Gold Award guest house, hidden away in a quiet cobbled square in the heart of central Bath. A stone's throw from the Abbey and Roman Baths, everything you could wish to see is on your doorstep. A leisurely walk to the Royal Crescent and King's Circus takes in an eclectic mix of boutique, independent and big-name shops, street performers and stunning Georgian architecture along the way. And when you get there, don't forget to visit the Assembly Rooms - ladies, no visit would be complete without trying on a corset and crinoline at the Fashion Museum. Whether you're here to relax at the Thermae Bath Spa, take in a little culture at the Theatre Royal, or shout yourself hoarse in support of your team at the Bath Rugby ground, Three Abbey Green is ideally situated for everything Bath has to offer.A Grade 2 listed building, parts of which date back to 1689, the main house has seven rooms (including two large suites ideal for families or groups), each with its own character and unique charm. Period features such as original fireplaces and wood panelled walls fit comfortably with tasteful contemporary furnishings. Greet the morning with an award winning breakfast, packed full of local produce. Don't worry if you have dietary needs - we can meet them all, given a little notice! As part of our commitment to expanding upon the service we currently provide, we are extending our award-winning bed and breakfast, Three Abbey Green, into the beautiful Georgian maisonette next door (which was once Four Abbey Green apartment). We also have a beautiful one bedroom self catering apartment, Abbey View, if you would prefer to cater for yourselves. ... more   less
