Stayed for 2 nights in a room with a four poster bed. The place made us very welcomed and the stuff was friendly, giving us nice tips for what to see in Shrewsbury.

Yea. You can park free of charge in the Loading Bar at the front of Cronwell's between 18.30hs to 07.30hrs this also applies to on-street parking in St Mary's 1 min away. There is a private car park at the Parade in St Mary's, a 1 minute walk, that is free from 16.30hrs to 08.30hrs and then £1 / 30 mins. There is also an NCP car park five minutes away at the bottom of Wyle Cop.
