The 'boutique spa' was limited, although they had everything a spa should have it was on a small scale. The spa consists of one 2 seater sauna, one 2 seater steam room that was cold. The outdoor hot tub was lovely with great views and I'm sure on a summers day would be even better. The full body massage massage...

Apologies for this rambling review but this is a very difficult hotel to rate as there is nothing terribly wrong but nothing brilliantly right. I just think that the owners have tried to create something and set the bar high but have not got there. Reception - not a welcoming smile - instead a table at the bottom of the...

As my wife & I are new to living in Ludlow (December 2017) we have only began to scope out all the restaurants, bars & bistros that we thought we would like to visit. We visited Fishmore Hall hotel on Saturday evening 7th for a drink to check the place out for ambience, cleanliness & friendliness aswell as menus &...

On first sight of the hotel, it's gorgeous. The decor inside is lovely, especially the Christmas Tree in reception. However then things turned sour :/ The young receptionist behind the desk was very rude and barely spoke to us,only asking for our details and telling us this was our room! When silently following the receptionist there were two young staff...

We arrived at the hotel and was greeted with a very warm welcome. The staff were very polite, helpful and very approachable which was lovely. My partner and I was taken to our room, which to our surprise had been upgraded to the executive suite. This room was extremely clean and the decor was lovely, however, I did find that...

Went for xmas lunch.oh dear so expensive. Presentation was awful.never offered a drink at the table. A glass was half filled with water and that was it.mince pies were rock hard. Veggies were only enough for a small person. Won't do it again.

Just come back from a Saturday night stay at Fishmore Hall. We had a wonderful night's stay. Wished we'd been able to book Friday too and take advantage of the New Spa facilities. Too short a stay, but a perfect rest. Felt like a Christmas Present

We had a mid week break - just one night - arriving for tea and scones - which were very good, served in the lounge - more of that anon. Reception and greeting were fine and we were taken to our room. Dinner was the six course tasting menu which was very good and enjoyable and we would rate it...

My wife and I decided to head up to this place after a friend had mentioned it was a beautiful hotel and they'd been and a spa had literally been installed. My wife and I thought, this is a bit of us. And off we popped. On checking into the hotel and having just come from another hotel in London,...
