I have stayed here twice now. The first room was more comfortable, with the gift of a small bottle of wine, nice sofa, plenty of hot water etc. The second room lacked the sofa and had a huge gap instead! The gift was a bath fizz. The gifts are lovely touches. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a...

Was met with a warm welcome, lots of efficiency and helpfulness. My room was well laid out for business or personal travel, and felt at home for the couple of days I was there, which as a frequent business traveler is a real bonus.

We stayed in a Family room, it was very spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable beds, delighted our 13yr old son had a standard size single bed with super comfy mattress and not the usual pull out or put up bed you often have for a child in other hotels. Booking in advance using Saver Rate made this stay of...

We booked a family room as it seemed great value for money at £70 a night. The car park is a little messy but holds many cars. Staff are super friendly and had left us a pack of cookies for our 'family'. Bedroom was amazingly large and cosy. Bed was super comfy and both nights were uninterrupted. Food options aren't...

Excellent room, polite staff, from a cheery 'good morning' from the cleaners to very courteous reception staff. Only paid £42 for a quiet night's sleep. Comfortable bed and a warm room (Early December and freezing outside).

Common areas in annex grubby. Room clean but first impressions count. bed not as comfortable as those we've had in premier Inns in the past. Car parking not extensive but OK. Location good for getting on to ring road and going wherever we needed to.

Usual good all-round expectation for a Premier Inn. Our bed was creaky but we still had a fairly good night's sleep. The Beefeater where we ate, next door, was good. A cosy atmosphere, nice food, reasonable price and good service.

We always use Premier Inn when we travel around England and are looking for an overnight stop near the motorway. We like the fact that the beds are comfortable and the rooms neat and functional. The staff is friendly and polite and the hotel is good value for money. We also like that we can have a decent dinner and...
