Very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. They emailed in advance to say there was a function on and dinner would not be available and it might be a bit noisy up to 12 midnight. We were eating else where and when we got back all...More
Very well located to the colleges of Oxford and a 15 minute walk from the town centre. We had a very enjoyable stay, room is a little on the small side but we were on the offer of dinner bed and £25 each towards dinner...More

Firstly the good points:-
1 the hotel staff were very friendly
2. the hotel was very clean
Now the bad points:-
1. Based on price of £160 a night the room was extremely small and not worth the money
2. The décor was "tired"
This is a quaint, homey hotel in the town center. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Check in was easy, but no elevators. They were readily helpful with the bags. Oxford is amazing. The Cotswolds are definitely worth visiting.
