Second stay here, great choice if you want to bring a car to Oxford as you really get stung for parking charges in the centre. Park here for free and it's an easy 15 minute walk, partially along the riverside. The hotel itself is efficient and adequate in every key respect, just extremely bland and lacking any memorable features whatsoever....

Hotel was fine, priced OK for where and what it is. Stayed one night in early November but the heat in the hotel was almost unbearable. We turned the radiator off in our room and opened the windows as far as they would go but it was still far too hot. The heat at breakfast room was the same problem...

Great location, easy to park, everything on hand. Great reception team, all in all does the job. The rooms are pretty basic - feels like a mid week business location. Didn't try the food. Wifi not that good for a business venue, funny how many hotels don't attend to this key feature.

We were invited for a visit to this Hotel in Oxford. It may seem boring but everything was done correctly and efficiently. From check in to check out The food was excellent. The rooms were exactly what we required and the function room was just right. The staff were polite and well trained.

This is the second time we have stayed here for a weekend function and the sadly the standards have slipped. We booked an upgraded room at an extra £30 per night. The room was quite small and the bed was standard size. One of our friends who was on her own was given a room with a king size bed....

We attended a function and stayed for two nights. We had previously rung the hotel to ask if we could have a room with a walk-in shower as I had recently had a knee operation and could not climb over the bath. The room we were given was over the function hall and the noise (until 12a.m.) was bad.It was...

Good location, with a nice 20-25 minute walk to the high street, with the first part along the river. We had adjoining rooms, which were clean and well equipped. Wall are quite thin, so got woken a few times during the night. Breakfast was plentiful.

We spent 2 nights here for our wedding anniversary and had a very enjoyable time. We booked a deluxe room and, because of the occasion, were allocated the best suite. This was situated in a separate annexe, an old style house with wooden beams, just a minutes walk from the main reception. The room was very spacious, the bathroom with...

Everything about the hotel was fine, restaurant food was well prepared and presented Our problem was on both nights of our stay dinner service was substandard. On both nights nobody offered drinks and we had to ask for water when the waiter came for our order. On first night the waiting staff seem as it was their first week in...

Stayed 2 nights - 27th to 29th October 2015 and found this to be a great location to exploring Oxford. Before we went to the hotel we managed to go to Bicester Village Shopping outlet and also Blenheim Palace so we were exhausted when were arrived on Tuesday. On Wednesday the reception staff gave us a map to walk into...
