Me and my son have had a great stay there. Rooms are very quite and comfortably, breakfast is very good prepared by Pat herself; she and her husband are very welcoming persons. Azalea house is near the wonderful city centre

Polite hosts, clean and comfy room, situated in a quite area one mile from river with parking on premises. Unfortunately the cooked breakfast was well under par ie, one fried egg, half a small tomatoe, one small sausage and two small rashers of bacon was my last breakfast. This is not exactly what I would call a hearty breakfast, infact...

This place is dirty and dusty and the owner is more concerned with you fitting in with their schedule rather than their guests. Breakfast is between 8-9 sharp, checkout 10.30. Wants a specific time the night before demanding to know what you would like to eat as if really there is much choice! Starts banging around 8 am so a...

Charming, cosy & relaxed B&B within 5min walk of town centre. Ample street parking in a quiet residential rd. Had a great nights sleep on fresh clean & crisp linen. Fabulous breakfasts & excellent coffee. Received the most warming welcome on arrival, would rate Pat & Peter as excellent hosts on my short visit to this beautiful little town, that...

We booked a 2 night stay and needed to see if we could amend this to one night. The owners said they only take min 2 nights booking, which is completely fine, so we asked if we could get back to them as we needed to confirm if we could find alternative accommodation for the one night or if we...

We stayed at Azelea house in September and had a beautiful double room with a private bath. The rooms are lovely, large comfy bed, nice furnishings and lots of space. The Bathroom was new, spotless and had lots of "little extras" for our use. The house is surrounded by glorious gardens and is about a 5 minute walk to town...

Logged onto the website which said they had a vacancy. Emailed and received no reply. Chased with a phone call and was laughingly told they didn't have a vacancy. Relieved to be honest, because it looks poky from the website. Unfortuantely, we needed somewhere to stay in the area. Book early for Henley so you don't have to bother trying...

£60 for a boxroom with use of shared bathroom and on-street parking in a suburban backwater is extortionate, particularly as the original price quoted was understood to be £50 and the rooms are advertised as £40 per night.
