I booked 2 nights here for our Valentines weekend away....from the very beginning when we drove up to the wrong part of the hotel (the slightly out of place Crowne Plaza attached to it), I should of known then that this was a mistake! After reception saying we were in the main building and reloading the bags back in the...

My wife and I stayed here for just a one night getaway and we had booked a room the manor house section of the resort. We eventually found the reception, which was staffed by a friendly and helpful receptionist and very helpful and attentive porter. We had a double room which we found clean and tidy and was of a...

We went to Heythrop Park for our first wedding anniversary this weekend. Stunning property in fabulous grounds and very friendly reception and porter staff. However little irritated that when my husband tried to book a massage in the spa a week in advance there were no appointments which seemed a bit odd but accepted it may be busy. The afternoon...

Played a golf break over the weekend... course ok but very long walks between tees & greens.. plus it is alot more hilly than you initially expect. Clubhouse shocking.. massively under staffed, lacking facilities & expensive with no draught options. We stayed in the main house area of the hotel looks lovely from the outside, but inside is slightly tired...

I found this hotel expensive for the quality of the room, breakfast could have been better but the evening meal was nice, I would have preferred the spa to be attached to the building instead of a walk through the grounds. I would return if there was an offer on the room prices. Views were lovely from the rear entrance...

Came here for a spa day with friends. Had to move from swim changing room, because of maintenance, to a cold golf changing room where the shower was stuck on. Has a good spa treatment from a friendly therapist. Then sat by the pool where more maintenance men were floating about. The meal included was poor and the salmon was...

I was staying at the hotel as part of a sales conference. The Manor House is part of a old Oxfordshire estate that encompasses many miles. My room whilst there was called " hopsack" just down a flight of stairs by the grand piano in the main reception area. The room had a bathroom that was larger than the bedroom....

Stayed in the main house (not Crowne Plaza hotel which is joined). Eventually found reception, checked in fine and made my way to my single room. It was nice decor, well equipped but very small. Many other rooms are larger and eith great views but I was here on business arrived late and wasn't too fussed. The main reception room...

We arrived on Saturday afternoon as a surprise for my husbands birthday! We have stayed before but stayed in the crown plaza. Staying in the actual Manor House was such a different experience. We were so kindly upgraded to the camilla room and all I can say is WAW! It was huge and so beautiful. There was a huge amount...
